The lab is based on the School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Science and Technology of China, and has established management work units such as the Academic Committee, Lab Director, Office Affairs Office, as well as research work units such as the Graphics Computing Research Room, Perceptual Interaction Research Room, and Industry-University-Research Center. It will implement the “Director Responsibility System under the guidance of the Academic Committee”, forming a “three-in-one” organizational structure of decision-making institutions + scientific research institutions + operation institutions (as shown in the figure below).
